Founded in 2005, Aspire Ventures has grown organically by word-of-mouth referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients. Integrity, experience, professionalism, and responsiveness are cornerstones of all our endeavors. Due to its proven expertise, Aspire Ventures was selected as a prime contractor to Fannie Mae for rehabilitation of its real estate assets throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, one of Fannie Mae’s largest markets in the country.
We have provided services for over 2,500 properties. Our skilled professional and experienced staff average over 20 years experience in their respective specialties: full-renovations, disaster restorations, mold remediation, lead-paint abatement, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and heating and air conditioning, and much more.

About Sherman Neal
Neal is the principal owner of Aspire Ventures LLC and has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 8 years as an entrepreneur and investor. Neal is a retired Navy officer with over 20 years experience in various senior leadership roles in the US Navy. In addition, Neal is a former Vice President in corporate and investment banking , with over 15 years tenure with major North American financial institutions specializing in corporate finance, technology budgeting and strategy and financial information systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the US Naval Academy (Annapolis), MBA from DePaul University (Chicago) and graduate studies in MIS from New York University.
